John Demeter
15+ years of leadership has taught me how to turn emerging technology into products that ship. From SOC2 compliance automation to quantum-accelerated discovery on AWS Braket to agentic AI creative tools. I don't manage the future. I build it.
AI Product Manager
My Story
I don't just manage products. I build the future they run on.
Fifteen-plus years ago, I started where most technical leaders start. In the room where things go wrong and someone has to fix them. That room taught me more than any framework ever could. Seven years deep in project management, I learned how to turn chaos into a plan, and more importantly, success. Five years into product and implementations, I learned how to turn a plan into something people actually want. For the last five years, I've been living inside AI after receiving my Master’s in Artificial Intelligent & Machine Learning. Not reading about it, building with it.
That progression isn't just my resume. It's a pattern. Every few years, I go one layer deeper into the technology stack, because I refuse to manage what I don't understand well enough to build myself.
Today, I sit at the intersection of enterprise product strategy and emerging technology. Translating ambiguous, cutting-edge capabilities into systems that ship, scale, and survive contact with real users and real auditors.
My vision is to build a future where technology doesn't just process data, but truly understands and elevates human intent.
What I bring to the table
Expertise
Product instincts sharpened by seven years in the trenches of execution
Before I set strategy, I ran the projects. I know what a roadmap looks like when it survives contact with engineering reality because I built that muscle first.
Five years embedded in AI, not adjacent to it.
I'm not a PM who's shipped AI systems compliance automation, quantum-assisted discovery, agentic creative pipelines and over 36 products in 2026.
Compliance and security as a design principle, not an afterthought
SOC2, PII, data governance, and security-by-design aren't just checkboxes. They're built into how I scope the work from day one.
AI Strategy & Lifecycle
Defining roadmap excellence from POC to global scale, ensuring technical feasibility meets business goals.
Fluency across the full stack: cloud, platform, and emerging tech
AWS architecture, DevOps pipelines, Langchain, Huggingface, and quantum computing platforms like Braket aren't buzzwords on my resume. They're tools I've actually put to work.
A bias toward building over theorizing
Give me a hard problem and I'll bring back a working prototype. Not a slide deck about what a prototype could look like.
